Day 1: NAIROBI
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative at the arrivals terminals and transfer to the Nairobi Safari Club for check in and an overnight stay. Booking is on bed and breakfast basis.
Situated 160 km south of the equator, Nairobi is the capital of Kenya and boasts one of the finest climates in the world. This modern, cosmopolitan city is the regional headquarters for many African and Indian Ocean businesses. With delegates attracted here from around the world, they come for the friendliness of the people, the modern hotel facilities and the vast array of fascinating options available throughout the city. Although the ‘City in the sun’ is relatively young by global standards, it has fascinating history capturing explorers, missionaries, wars, cultural diversity and politics etc, each leaving their mark on the city center in some way.

Day 2: NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After your breakfast, you will depart for the Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. You will then spend the afternoon at leisure before going for an evening game drive around the lake till dusk when you return to your camp.
Lake Nakuru’s claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, water buck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.

Day 3: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE
0800 hrs- Drive to via the Great Rift Valley to arrive at Masai Mara in time for check in and lunch at the Ashnil Mara Camp. After lunch, you will spend the afternoon at leisure before going for an evening game drive till dusk when you return to your camp.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 4: MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE
0630 hrs – early morning game drive in the Mara. Return to the camp for breakfast. You spend the rest of the morning at leisure or have this opportunity to visit a local Masai village where you will be able to interact with the local people and learn about the colorful culture of this nomadic pastoralist community. After lunch at the lodge you proceed at 1600 hrs for an afternoon game drive till dusk.
Alternatively, at an extra cost: 0630 hrs- Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon. The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience.

Day 5: MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE – NAIROBI
Take another sunup game drive after muffins and coffee. Keep in mind, each game drive is distinct, and since the camps are small, the drives can be tailored to the group’s preferences. Your driver and guide can always stop for an hour or so if you come across a lioness on a hunt.
Return to camp for breakfast then depart for Nairobi with picnic lunch boxes that will be served along the way. You arrive in Nairobi later in the evening for check in at the Nairobi Safari Club. Later you are transferred to the renowned Carnivore Restaurant for dinner and back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
The Carnivore is the ultimate ‘Beast of a Feast’ A variety of meat including ostrich, crocodile and camel, t is roasted over charcoal and carved at your table. Delicious side dishes and an exceptional array of sauces complement this fixed price feast that also includes soup, a selection of desserts and Kenyan coffee. Set in attractive tropical gardens, the service and the décor are outstanding. The Carnivore since its inception has played host to over 2 million customers from across the globe including numerous celebrities. In fact the Carnivore visitors book read like a global who is who! Whole joints of meat – legs of lamb and pork, ostrich, rumps of beef, sirloins, racks of lamb, spare ribs, sausages, chicken wings, skewered kidneys, even crocodile, and other tasty morsels – are roasted on traditional Masai swords over a huge, spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant.

Day 6: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
After your breakfast, you will depart for the Amboseli National Park to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Kibo Safari Camp. You will then spend the afternoon at leisure before going for an evening game drive or at an extra cost, visit a local Masai village where you will be able to interact and learn about the colorful culture of this nomadic pastoralist community. You return to your camp later in the evening.

Day 7: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Today, you will spend the whole day in the Amboseli National Park with both morning and evening game drives.
Amboseli sits on the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s highest – whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures rising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You will also see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals.

Day 8: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK
After your breakfast, you will depart for the Tsavo West National Park to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Ngulia Safari Lodge. You will then spend the afternoon at leisure before going for the evening game drive till dusk when you return to your lodge.
At Tsavo West you will see elephants, crocodiles, vervet monkeys, antelope, baboons, giraffes, hippos and lions. The park is a marvel in terms of geo-physical character and plant diversity. Mzima Springs, the source of Mombasa’s water, is located here. These springs are recharged daily with hundreds of millions of liters of crystal clear water by underground streams emanating from Chyulu Hills. At Mzima, all sorts of animals gather for a drink particularly in the dry season. You may also be able to view hippo and crocodiles from the underwater glass tank.

Day 9: TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK – TAITA HILLS SANCTUARY
After your breakfast, you will depart with a game drive enroute to the Taita Hills Sanctuary to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge. You will spend the rest of the day leisurely as you watch the wild animals come for water at the nearby water holes. Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge offers an unparalleled safari experience.
The entire lodge is raised on high stilts above watering holes and feeding pastures offering a spectacular view of the wildlife from above and all around. Its host Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Leopards, Masai Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Hartebeests, Impala, Waterbuck, Grant gazelles, Dikdik and other small animals including the diversity of Birdlife. The park has attracted millions of birding ecologists i.e. around the world as it serves the best place to watch them. Major attractions are Swampy, Acacia forest, Grassland and open land Savanna, Taita Hills and Lion Rocks.

Day 10: TAITA HILLS SANCTUARY – MOMBASA
You will have a very early morning game drive that will provide you with an opportunity of seeing animals not usually encountered on a daytime game drive such as spotted and striped hyena, mongoose, jackal, civet, genet, porcupine and bush baby. You will then return to the lodge for breakfast and then spend the midmorning at leisure. You will depart for Mombasa after lunch with brief stops along the way to arrive in time for check in at the Pinewood Beach Resort & Spa.

Day 11 & 12: MOMBASA
You will spend these days leisurely at your beach hotel with optional water sports activities and Mombasa Excursions available at an extra cost.
